Carrying the badge

Three honest asks, and what we'll do for you in return.

Bharath Foundation Club

Carrying the badge

Thank you for being a Founder. Here’s how to wear the badge.

The badge is yours

You’re one of the first ten thousand business owners of Bharath to back FinShield, Accompli and GST Filing Pro with a lifetime commitment. Your Certificate of Foundership — numbered, signed, one-of-ten-thousand — is yours to display, share, and feel quiet pride about.

Use it on LinkedIn, in your email signature, on your office wall, on your company website. It says one thing about you: you backed a small Bharath software company before the rest of the world did.

Three honest asks

  1. Don’t claim more than what it is. The badge is recognition and a lifetime product deal. It is not equity in our company, not a partnership, not an endorsement of your business by us, not a regulator-approved anything. Don’t sell that idea.

  2. Don’t sell or transfer the badge. Your access is personal to you and your named entity. It doesn’t pass to a buyer of your business or to a different company you run. (See Program Terms for the family courtesy if you can no longer hold it.)

  3. Be a thoughtful neighbour. If you bring a peer in as a Founder, make sure they understand what they’re getting. If they have questions, send them to prashanth@knobly.com. We’d rather over-explain at the door than have a Founder feel mis-sold three months later.

What we’ll do for you

That’s it.
